Berry College Office of Admission 

As the Student Director of Ambassador Development, I manage a team of 35 Admission Ambassadors, training them in basic office tasks and how to give tours of Berry's campus. I also launched several team-bonding initiatives (such as the Color Teams) to develop a healthy, encouraging work environment and boost worker morale and led 10 staff meetings and planned 10 staff socials to discuss needed improvements for the Office of Admission and create community. This has helped strengthen my event planning skills immensely. In addition to my work with students, I ran the office's Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts.
