Marketing Internship
Lighthouse Family Retreats: Summer 2025
This summer, I had the incredible opportunity to work as a marketing intern for Lighthouse Family Retreats, a nonprofit that serves families going through childhood cancer by offering week-long retreats and helpful resources. In my role as their East Coast Marketing Intern, I had the privilege of working on-site at retreats across Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina. I captured over 14,000 photos on my Canon EOS R100, creating lasting memories for the families attending the retreats and contributing to Lighthouse’s promotional materials. Additionally, I created a variety of social media content to amplify our reach and engagement. Getting to provide dozens of families with tangible memories meant so much to me. This experience allowed me to hone numerous professional skills and gain deep satisfaction from serving others. Below, you will see some of the photos I captured that Lighthouse used in their marketing.
