News Writing
In multiple Communication classes, I partnered with Campus Carrier, our student-run newspaper, which distributes 1,000 copies weekly. Additionally, I helped write and produce two news stories for our multi-media site Viking Fusion. You can find some of these pieces below.
Linked is a text story I produced for the student newspaper on the Communication Department adding a new concentration.
Linked are two video stories I produced for the student-run multimedia organization. The first news story focuses on Mr. Berry, an event on campus, in which I worked as a reporter, interviewing students, writing the script, and doing camera work for the event. In the second news story, I acted as an editor, compiling my reporters' into a 2 minute segment.
